HOME BUILDING:
We built our first home in 1946 and since have built in excess of 750 homes. We, Jack DeLeon Construction, Inc. played a key role in the Fleetwood Housing Development. This was a four-year project on Des Moines' South Side. We specialized in custom home building by providing our customers with quality detail and flexibility to meet their lifestyle needs. In August of 1999, we began the Lakewood Hills development at Sun Valley Lake in Ellston, Iowa. In 2004 we began building in fill housing for the City of Des Moines. These homes are located in the King Irving Neighborhood. We continued the in fill homes in 2005 plus began building in the Culver Ridge Development on Des Moines' South Side.

GENERAL REMODELING:
This has proven to be the mainstay of our business. We are specialists in building additions, kitchen and bath remodeling, custom decking, and a wide variety of general home repairs. We pride ourselves in accessing customers space needs and providing quality construction to accommodate their needs. We have provided these services in Des Moines and throughout central Iowa.

CUSTOM WOOD FENCING:
We do not shy away from challenges. This can be demonstrated by our experience and commitment in custom wood fencing. To meet a customer's special material request, we drove to Denver to pick up materials to complete a job as specified. To demonstrate the quality and durability of our work, our first fence has been standing on the corner of Beaver and Aurora in Des Moines since 1964.
