LIGHT COMMERCIAL:
DeLeon Construction company is attentive to the needs of our customers. We have been flexible in our work hours to accommodate the business operations of our commercial customers, so that their business can continue to function throughout the workweek. Our experience has primarily been with doctors and lawyers, remodeling office space.

INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION:
Not unlike commercial construction, industrial construction often requires flexibility within workweek situations. Our experiences of late proves that we can execute a project ahead of schedule while accommodating business schedules and incorporating project changes to satisfaction of our customers. Our most recent project was for Mid-States Ford Truck Sales in Des Moines.

URBAN REHABILITATION:
DeLeon Construction has been involved with the City of Des Moines Urban Rehabilitation program since 1973. On average six jobs a year are rewarded to DeLeon Construction. Projects range from complete rehabilitation of homes to individual projects such as roof repair. Our quality of work and flexibility when working with families that are living within these houses has led to a high level of customer satisfaction. We began working with the City of West Des Moines Rehabilitation Program in January of 1997.
